I was surprised when i saw an article on adaptive path’s ethnography studies in Kutch, Gujarat India, as it is my home town. It is really interesting to see people from outside doing studies on Indian rural areas. The idea was to work on “designing mobile technology for emerging markets”. They studied on “how people use mobile phones in rural India”. Also included their daily work process, their literacy level, usage of mobile phone & finally came up some concept which revolved around tangible inputs in mobile phones.
